Accounts - Part Time

·         3 Days Per Week

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and capable Accounts/Admin person to join a friendly and professional services team. 


Based on the CBD close to public transport , this is an ideal role for someone looking to return to the workforce (or currently working in  similar capacity seeking a new role) who has had previous small business accounts experience and needs the flexibility of a part time position.


you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting duties of this diverse and interesting Company.


Your accounts duties and skills required will include but are not limited to:


·      Processing a small weekly payroll (all established, very basic)

·      Billing/Invoicing

·      Essential :Need to Know to issue time billing invoices and allocate  cost to different cost center

·      Reconciliations

·      Online payment processing

·      Managing incoming payments

·      On-line banking

·      Maintaining confidential information

·      MYOB experience  essential

·      Competent MS Office skills

·      IAS & BAS

·      Month end accounts duties


In addition, you will be happy to assist with general administration tasks associated with running the office 

To be considered for this role you will have experience including the above and be a professional and clearly spoken communicator who takes pride in their presentation and quality of work.


This is a Part Time position working 3 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) 9.00 - 5.00pm.  the first 2-3 months  is just for work experience , thereafter it will be paid  with your experience.
