我们运用使用SAP ECC 6.0 系统的澳洲大公司的会计流程来讲述公司SAP FI/CO module的使用方法。我们提供了6个session系统而充实的教学内容，囊括了Configuration, A/R, A/P, Fixed Asset, General Ledger, Cost Centre, Profit Centre, 和 Reporting等基本操作，让你在最短时间内掌握SAP Financial的基本功能和操作方法。

Session 1:  Introduction of SAP and Implementation Guide for SAP Customizing
 
This session introduces SAP customizing implementation guide, help finance users build a big picture of systems implementation and basic setting.

Session 2:  Accounts Receivable
 
This session introduces the most common end user functions in SAP’s Accounts Receivable (A/R) component.

·      Set up &   Maintain Customer Master, block/unblock Customer Account

·         Customer Credit Management

·         Process Sales Invoice/Billing and Credit Memo

·         Sales order document flow

·         Post Incoming Payment – full and partial

·         Clear open items, and reset cleared items

·         Display customer line items and balance

·         Run customer reports

·         Month end A/R reconciliation

 
Session 3:  Accounts Payable
 
This session introduces the most common end user functions in SAP’s Accounts Payable (A/P) component.

·         Create and maintain Vendor Master, block/unblock vendor account

·         Post Vendor Invoices and Credit Memo

·         Display purchase order

·         Display material

·         Purchase order GR/IR maintenance

·         Process vendor payment

·         Display Vendor Line Items and Balance

·         Run Vendor Reports

Session 4:  General Ledger, Cost Centre, Profit Centre
 

This session introduces the most common end user functions in SAP’s General Ledger Accounting

·         Set up and maintain G/L Account and G/L Account Group

·         Post and reverse journal, display and change document entry

·         Post recurring entry and accrual entry

·         Post foreign currency entry

·         Display G/L line items

·         Run G/L Reports

 

Session 5:  Cost Centre, Cost Elements and Profit Centre

This session introduces the most common end user functions in SAPCO (Controlling) module.

·         Cost Element Accounting

·         Cost Centre and Cost Centre Group

·         Cost Centre Accounting, Cost Allocation Cycle, and Internal Order

·         Run Cost Centre reports

·         Profit centre accounting

·         Month End Closing

 

Session 6:  SAP table, ABAP report, and Month End Reporting

This session introduces SAP table and ABAP report function and the most common month end financial and management reports
