Session 2-1: Leave entitlement

  3. Process holiday leave and Personal leave all leave transactions to maintain accurate leave entitlement records

Session 3: Pay Run

  1. Prepare for pay run (Pre pay run audit reports)
  2. Process pay run (Standard pay run procedure)
  3. Fix pay run error
  4. Post pay run checking reports, analysis, validation and reconciliation
  5. Release EFT
  6. Rollover to the next pay

 Payroll Specialist 薪资管理专员是一个在人力资源和财务部门之间起到桥梁作用的职位,主要职能就是按时准确地发放员工的工资。在澳洲,工资的计算并不是想象中那么简单,这和澳洲的立法制度,税务制度,superannuation(养老金制度),Award(行业薪酬体系),Enterprise Agreement (集体劳动合同),individual employment contract(个人合同),甚至不同公司内部的福利制度等都有千丝万缕的联系。薪资管理专员是HR的好帮手,需要在员工入职、离职,与员工协调沟通,监控公司政策等方面与HR携手互助;同时薪资专员又要协助财务部门在会计账户录入,成本控制,预算和税务方面要通力合作。

Session 3: Superannuation (1 hour)
