Our client based in Brisbsne and is a mining company currently seeking a permanent full time company accountant with strong work ethic and positive attitude, to carry out daily accounts responsibilities in our Brisbane office. The candidate must be NATIVE Mandarin speaker and fluent in English, Australian permanent resident or citizen, and is degree qualified in Accounting.   If you are interested, please send your resume and cover letter to nicole@nicoleaccounting.com.au                  

This role will include but not limited to:

• ​Bookkeeping using MYOB

•​Full functions of Accounts Payable and Receivable

•​Process payroll and superannuation contributions

•​Manage statutory requirements

•​Bank and general ledger reconciliations

•​Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedule

•​Monthly IAS and quarterly BAS returns

•​Year-end internal reporting includes foreign currency account translation

•​Liaising with external tax agent

•​Administrative/operational support as required

The candidate must be:

•Australian PR or citizen

•Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English

•Degree qualified in Accounting with relevant working experience

•Competent user of Microsoft Office Suites

•MYOB experience is desirable
