If you are interested, please send your resume to nicole@nicoleaccounting.com.au Role summary: The role involves assisting the Accounting Manager with the accurate and timely preparation of various accounting ledgers and reports and general management of accounting staff. • Accounting: Manage daily cash position and daily /monthly bank reconciliation, reporting for cash management and corporate card management including cash flow forecast and other requirements form RHQ/HQ, manager reconciliation of various GL accounts and ensure all outstanding items are investigated and taken action and month end closing: process pre-closing checking, reconcile end of accounting/processing journals including month end reports and trial balance, analysis of accounts, accruals and provisions.
• Audit: Assistant Accounting Manager and Auditors during audit period in external and internal audit tasks.
Ideal candidate must have prior local 2-3 years’ work experience in Financial & Management Accounting with preferably a Bachelor degree.
