Data entry of payable accounts and receivable accounts.
Filing and record maintenance.
Creating invoices for clients and external vendors in accordance with contract agreements.
Issue expense invoice based on staff expense claim and get reimbursement from client.
Processing bank reconciliation for UK and AUS.
Recording foreign currency transactions and exchange rate.
Processing and reconciling intercompany transactions and accounts.
Assisting in preparation of monthly payroll and quarterly superannuation.
Calculating monthly PAYG tax, quarterly BAS and aunnually FBT.
Assisting in manage program revenue and costs using program job code.
Assisting in Cash Flow forecasting and budgeting.
Dealing with potential tax affairs in both Australia and Offshore accounts. (i.e: UK, Singapore, Japan, America).

Basiclly this role is an position covering AP, AR, Bank reconciliation. Depends on your ambitions and ability you can learn more like intercompany and cash flow. You will work closely with  a senior staff and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.

Unfortunately this is a no pay intership requires 3 days per week with flexible time. You will work in Sydney office while also help managing accounting book for UK office. We are traning provider for softskills so you can also have access to training platform and materials to develop yourself.
