Our client, A norganisation which has a strong presence is currently looking for a technically strong  to join their team, immediate start. Reporting to the General Manager, your role and responsibilities will include:
Complete office management
. All accounts processing
. Weekly invoicing
. Bank reconciliation
. Payroll (monthly)
. Debt collection and management
. Cash Flow
. Generating reports as required
Key Requirements:
. extensive experience as an office manager
. strong communication skills
. excellent bookkeeping skills - Xero software
. must have attention to detail
. a friendly disposition
. be proactive and can work unsupervised
Hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm on Monday to Friday
Our company is an SME distribution company servicing blue chip clients in a fast-growing distribution sector.
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who has great attention to detail and must have previous experience managing a small office and be able to perform their work with minimal supervision.
