We have a role Immediately Available for an ongoing Accounts Assistant temp, the role is located in Marrickville and will be paying $25ph.  If you, or anyone you know is interested please do not hesitate to contact me. Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their fun and friendly team, this is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established growing company. Your duties will include: ·         Full function Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ·         Processing and paying supplier invoices and employee expenses ·         Debt collection ·         Account reconciliation and maintenance ·         Reconciling company credit cards ·         Providing support to the management team ·         Management of all associated queries ·         Assisting with reporting ·         Data Entry To be considered for this role you must have: ·         At least 2 years’ experience within accounting ·         Full function Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ·         MYOB ·         Intermediate to advanced excel skills ·         Excellent communication skills ·         A positive attitude and be a team player What’s in it for you!
