I will make a to do list, put the most important thing first, and make everything in order.
For example: Every payroll week I need to finish the room count by the end of Tuesday as payroll is processed every Wednesday, which is based on my
room count.The priority for me is the room count for the first two days and then I will issue the invoice to each site by Friday.
19. What motivates you in your work?
Manager is very supportive, and the team is very friendly. We can learn from each other, and make more progress.
It will give me a sense of achievement when I solve the problem.
20. Have you made mistake before and what have you learnt from it?
When I issue the invoice, some prices are based on hours but others are fixed amount. Sometimes we need to manually adjust the number in system
when they work for fewer hours than before in some special conditions. I forgot to make the adjustment, and then I issue the credit note to our client.
We need to pay attention to everything even it seldom happens.
