About the position:
Reporting to the Finance and Operations Manager you will be responsible for performing the day to day accounting function and assisting in delivering monthly and yearly financials. The role will be based in our Bondi Junction office. Your responsibilities include:
Data entry for accounting records
Perform bank reconciliation
Billing to Fact Sheets and Referrals clients
Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable
Process supplies payments and staff expenses
Reconciliation of Accounts Payable
Assist to prepare monthly management reports
Assist to prepare quarterly BAS
Assist with year end audit and income tax return
Other miscellaneous and ad hoc tasks
Key Skills and Requirements:
2 to 3 years experience in accounting
Relevant Tertiary qualifications
Exposure to CRM Salesforce system, preferable but not essential
Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
Ability to meet ongoing deadlines
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Intermediate level of Microsoft excel skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
