基本上电话面试都是HR或者FC,他们首先会问你为啥投他们?工作都做什么?为什么离开这份工作?都有什么skill?用什么软件?怎么communicate with other people?之前工作都做了些什么?基本上每一个问题都不建议回答过多2-4句不能更多了。而且答案最好要有story,不仅仅空洞的介绍自己简历上的东西,这其实就牵扯到上面说的story和应用,这些都是要不断练习的,而且要熟知哪个故事用到哪个topic上,并且可以啰嗦也可以精简的表述自己的story。切记啰嗦,能少说绝对不多说!切身之痛的体验。投每一家公司都要想好上面的所有问题,不是投完就守株待兔了。
5. 一面/二面
首先必问的问题 Talk me a little bit about yourself?What is your duties?Why do you choose us?Why do you leave your previous job?Tell me how do you deal with AP/AR/Payroll/Month End/Purchase Order/Bank Reconciliation/Payroll/FAR/Prepaid Overhead Expense/Stock take breakdown/Excel Commend?Do you have any trouble or issues toward those duties?Please tell me your strenths and weakness?How do you overcome your weakness?How do you think your timemanagement skill?How do you say you have attention to detail or what you write in your persona skill?How do you make sure your accuracy?How do you involve in money collection/process payment/contact with supplier/customers?Tell me your typical day?If I call your boss/colleagues, what do you think he will say about you?Plan for next 5 years?Teamwork or Work Alone?Is this item GST/GST Free/Not Taxable and why?How do you deal with breakdown like inventory/far/prepayment?
其实回顾这些问题,如果刚刚接触,必然麻爪(像我这种不怎么准备的全是新问题),一定要镇定,并且在自己紧张没有头绪的时候,首先你可以说,well,thanks for asking, this question is very interesting/challenging/tricky, I think this is related to XX task(task属于哪项看2里面的项目总结),这样会给自己争取5-8秒的时间去思索,然后脑海中找到相应的task,想想这些task都涉及myob或者excel或者公司policy的哪些内容,然后是否可以套用自己准备的例子。不会说千万别多说,切记切记,但是要对自己说出的话表现的很confident,对于自己没反应过来的要及时自我反馈或者和老师同学讨论。

有一个面试是个IT公司,第一面结束后,我自己都觉得答的就像屎,如果我是fc我会恨自己怎么选了这么个人,或者连屎都不如,因为真的自己没怎么练过......回去后给FC写了一封洋洋洒洒的信,第二天FC说no problem 来二面(8进2)吧,结果二面更屎......我也没好意思再给FC发email,最后fc安慰我说选中的那个人只是little bit better than you。
