通常面试快要结束的时候。 面试官会问 Do you have any questions for me?

那么我们问些什么问题才合适呢？

当然绝对不能说 No，那样肯定没有offer或者二面机会了。我们需要问几个有“价值”的问题，让面试官对你留下比较深刻的印象。

比如：

1. What do you expect me to accomplish in the first three months? Six months? Twelve months?


  你可以知道Hiring Manager 打算如何培训新人，对新人有些什么要求，长期和短期的。


2. What’s the strategic direction of the finance department / company for the coming year?


   问这个问题的目的是知道finance department 或者公司今后的发展趋势，会不会增加新的职位，有没有计划并购新的公司，有没有计划给员工提供些培训机会之类的。


3. Ask the interviewer what keeps them at the company.


    让面试你的人来谈谈他们对公司的看法，为什么喜欢这个公司。

问一些有深度的问题，让面试者感觉“你就是他们的一员”。从某种程度上来弥补之前面试过程中的不足 （比如之前某些问题没有回答好）。
