A Sydney local company based on Castle Hills seeking an Accounts clerk /Adminstrator to join the new growing team. We are seeking an enthusiastic team member for this position.

We are a retail and wholesale business in Air conditioning industry located at Castle Hill.
We are seeking for a young, energetic and fast learning member to join our team.
It is possible for this job to turn to Full time in next a few months.
Duties
include but not limited to:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Daily Bank Reconciliation
Assist with Quarterly BAS
Creditor & Debtor Reporting
Plan and review day-to-day office operations and ensure the office is running in a professional, efficient and productive manner.
Maintain office equipment, stock supplies, and office requirements.
Oversee mailing activities, assistant with inventory management, and appointments.
Answer the phone and customer greetings
Photocopying and collating paperwork
Take directions from our office manager and warehouse manager
Basic administration
Skills and experience
* University degree in Accounting
* Experience with Accounting systems (preferably MYOB)
* Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
* Organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Strong time management skills
* Experience in the customer greeting, phone answering and office administration position is desirable (though not essential).
