Accounts Supervisor
A Sydney based footwear manufacturer and wholesaler is seeking an Accounts Supervisor to join our rapidly growing team. We are seeking an enthusiastic team member for this full-time position.
Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing Accounts Receivable invoicing and receipting procedures to ensure invoices are sent to customers correctly and timely debt collections
Reviewing Accounts Payable billing system to ensure bills are coded and entered correctly and payments are made in time
Reviewing all Payroll functions, including weekly payments, PAYG tax, leave accruals, payroll tax
Reviewing bank reconciliations
Preparing and lodging BAS
Preparing and reviewing month end Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations
Preparing and reviewing monthly Profit and Loss statement
Producing daily and weekly sales reports for better analysis
Preparing for year-end financial reporting and company tax returns.
Requirements:
CA/CPA qualified
Must have minimum of 5 years experienced from a similar role
Sound experience in all aspect of accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office
Must have excellent attention to detailSpeaking Mandarin will be advantageous
