If you want to apply , please Apply from seek websiteand also email to nicole@nicoleaccounting.com.au .Then I will refer you to our clientas well .We're entering a strong growth phase and need a high calibre Accounts/Payroll expert to complement our small finance and administration team.The role is very hands-on with a high volume of transactions, and requires regular interaction with customer account managers and other staff.Specific responsibilities will include:[*]Accounts payable (AP) processing
[*]Accounts receivable (AR) follow up, reporting, receipting.
[*]Payroll processing for approximately 80 staff fortnightly throughout Australia
[*]Petty cash management
[*]Preparation of period-end reconciliations and journals
[*]Drafting of tax compliance submissions for PAYG, GST, FBT & payroll tax
[*]Administrative duties
[*]Other Finance & Admin work as required
